This project was special to us because of the trust Tomo put in us to make something beautiful without a full scale design phase. Going off of a rough schematic drawing and general material palette, we were given a budget, worked heavily onsite with our contractors, and converted this standard sunset backyard into something light and inviting. The planting beds guide you through the social patio space up into the no-mow fescue play / soccer area for the kids. We planted this one densely with a mix of highly native and regionally adapted plants for a garden that already feels grown in in it’s first year.
